01. Acceptance of Terms

By initializing a PrintWithIt Node or accessing our API infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these terms provided by **Webscept Solutions Private Limited**. If you are using these services on behalf of a business (like a ReceiptsPOS storefront), that business accepts these terms.

02. Node Deployment & Security

Users are responsible for the security of their Hardware Tokens. PrintWithIt is a bridge; we are not responsible for unauthorized prints resulting from compromised local agent installations.

"One Node ID per physical thermal head. Sharing Node IDs across multiple devices is strictly prohibited."

03. Billing & Print Credits

Subscriptions are billed monthly. "Prints" are defined as any successful handshake between our API and your local agent. Unused prints do not roll over unless specified in your Scale or Enterprise plan.

04. Limitation of Liability

Webscept Solutions (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of sales due to printer hardware failure) arising out of the use of our cloud bridge.
